Iceland in winter represents one of the most difficult yet rewarding environments you can travel through and explore. Heavy snowfalls, volcanic terrain and difficult roads make even getting to mountains like Kerlinagrfjöll a serious challenge. If there is one piece of kit that will help you make it from Reykjavik to the powder, it has to be a Super Jeep from the Empire!

At The Empire we have enlisted the help of Arctic Trucks, the worlds most advanced modified vehicles for snow, to get you there in ease and style. After driving through the baron wilderness for several hours you will start to approach a collection of mountains known as Kerlingarfjöll. Nestled right at the heart of these geothermal mountains you will find your highland cabins which you will call home for the next days. You will use either the Arctic trucks or Snowmobiles depending on your preference to then explore the mountains in this region for the next 3 days. Let Iceland’s moonscapes transport you to another world for a unique ski experience of a lifetime.
Sessions are available until late Spring or even early Summer.
